Fees depend on your circumstances and are agreed in writing before any work begins. There is no charge for your initial consultation. A £50 fee is payable when we provide our recommendation and submit your decision in principle, with the balance payable on mortgage offer. Total fees are £450 for new cases, £200 for remortgages for returning clients, and £750 for complex or specialist cases. Product transfers are £50 with nothing further to pay. Annual reviews are free.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

You may have to pay an early repayment charge to your existing lender if you remortgage.

Some forms of Buy To Let mortgages are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
